Son of a renowned Dumdum-based doctor, Biswajit was smitten by the acting bug when he shifted to a mess accommodation on Harrison Road. It didn't take the actor long to taste success. Soon, he built his dream house in Tollygunje. Though he shifted to Mumbai long back, the name Biswajit still remains on the front gate of this Tollygunje address.
