Prithwiraj Kapoor

Actor Prithviraj Kapoor himself wrote about his house on Hazra crossing where he had settled down with his family. Raj and Shammi Kapoor also lived there. This was sometime between 1932 and 1940 when Prithviraj was associated with New Theatres. Raj Kapoor started his schooling from this house. In the afternoons, he would take a tram to New Theatres studio to deliver lunch to his father. Shashi Kapoor was born in this house in 1938.
